All cancellation must be made in writing

1. Canceling 10 days before the arrival days:

the flights tickets are already issued, you will be charged 15 USD/1 person/ 1 way for domestic flight

If the flights are non- refund, means you cannot get any refund from the Airlines company

- Hotel, Cruise and train no charge

- Car, guide: no fee

2. Canceling 5 days before the arrival day:  

the flights tickets are already issued, you will be charged 15 USD/1 person/ 1 way for domestic flight, 30 USD/1 person/1 way for international flights

If the flights are non- refund, means you cannot get any refund from the Airlines company

- Hotel: 100 % of the first night

- Cruise no charge: 75%

- Car, guide: no fee

3.  Canceling after 5-3 days or on the arrival day:

the flights tickets are already issued, you will be charged 15 USD/1 person/ 1 way for domestic flight, 30 USD/1 person/1 way for international flights. 

If the flights are non- refund, means you cannot get any refund from the Airlines company

- Hotel: 100 % of the first 4 nights

- Cruise 100 %

- Car, guide: no fee

4. No show:

the flights tickets are already issued, you will be charged 15 USD/1 person/ 1 way for domestic flight, 60 USD/1 person/1 way for international flights. 

If the flights are non- refund, means you cannot get any refund from the Airlines company

Full charged the deposit

Finally, in the case the guests have to cancel the trip, we always get as lowest canceling fees as possible.
